Bridlington Town are into their FIFTH consecutive East Riding Senior Cup final, after they ran out emphatic 6-1 winners over Dunnington last night.

The Seasiders were ahead inside the first minute at the Roy West centre in Hull when Joel Sutton slotted in from close range.

Just four minutes later, Sutton got himself on the scoresheet again, smashing his effort in off the crossbar to make it 2-0.

Jake Day made it 3-0 just after the half hour mark before Dunnington pulled on back on the stroke of half time.

But normal service was resumed when Sutton unselfishly passed up the opportunity for a hat-trick by squaring to Day for his second of the evening to make it 4-1 after an hour played.

Sutton did grab his third though, after some hard work by Tim Taylor, who set up the striker for his hat-trick.

And there was another hat-trick to come, Sutton again turning provider for Day, who diverted the striker's corner in to make it 6-1 and march on into the final.

They'll now face the winners of Beverley Town or a Hull City youth side, who play in the other semi-final on Tuesday 3 April.
