Man Arrested for Drugs Offences in Bridlington

A man's been arrested for drug offences in Bridlington.

Officers from the Bridlington neighbourhood policing team, joined by colleagues from our Operation Galaxy team, have carried out a misuse of drugs act warrant at an address on Trinity Road this morning, (Wednesday 29 July).

As a result of the warrant, a quantity of tablets, thought to be a controlled substance, have been seized and a wanted man has been arrested.

The 27-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs with intent to supply and theft.

He remains in custody, while enquiries continue.
