Three Youths Arrested For Criminal Damage In Bridlington

Humberside Police have arrested three youths in Bridlington in connection with a number of criminal damage incidents that happened in the town.

Yesterday morning, officers from Bridlington and Operation Galaxy attended various addresses to make the arrests on two 13-year-old boys and a 14-year-old boy. 

It was on suspicion of causing criminal damage, broken windows and doors, to three Bridlington schools.  

A forth incident was also reported to police where a parked car was damaged.

All of the offences were reported between February and April 2020.

Humberside Police said:

"We will not tolerate this type of behaviour and will be working closely with the Youth Offending Team to look at ways to prevent future offences.  The youths have been released under investigation as we continue our enquiries.

We would ask anyone who witnesses this type of incident to contact us on our non-emergency number 101 and we will take action."
