Plans To Re-Open Sewerby Hall and Gardens Zoo

Published by Karen Liu at 1:41pm 10th June 2020.

Sewerby Hall and Gardens has been reacting to the news that zoos are being allowed to re-open from Monday.

An East Riding of Yorkshire Council spokesperson said:

“Sewerby Hall and Gardens are pleased to hear the welcome announcement from the Government allowing zoos to reopen from Monday, 15 June 2020.
Whilst we are aware our customers will want to get back into our zoo and see the animals again, we want our customers to enjoy this experience in a safe environment, and as such we will announce in the coming week when we can allow our customers back into the zoo.
We have already been working hard to get all equipment in place to make it a safe and pleasant experience for both our staff and customers.”

Will it be free admission for the rest of the season, as we have had free parking for the last 3 months? I doubt that very much.
