Man Being Rescued After Falling Down Cliff In Scarborough

A man's been rescued by emergency services in Scarborough, after he fell down a cliff.

Scarborough and Filey Coastguard Rescue Teams, along with the Yorkshire Ambulance Service, were called at around 1.35pm today (Friday 29th May) to a man who had fallen 15ft down the cliff near Scarborough South Cliff Golf Course. 

Crews used a rope rescue system to reach the man and provided him with first aid and casualty care.  

The casualty was treated for possible pelvic injuries and flown to Hull Royal Infirmary by the Coastguard's rescue helicopter.

Is it silly season already , that’s about the 4th or 5th one in the last couple of weeks , so far all for stupid people doing stupid things , any bets on this being the same ?
