Police are reminding those on the Yorkshire coast they want to know about suspected cannabis farming.

It's after a man was been arrested on suspicion of cannabis production after a raid on a property in Bridlington .

More than 750 suspected cannabis plants were seized on Esplanade, last Friday 24 April and found a large cannabis grow, containing upwards of 750 plants in various stages of growth.

The plants and growing equipment were all seized from the property.

A 27-year-old man was arrested at the scene and he has since been released on bail while enquiries continue.

Anyone who has information about the cultivation of cannabis can report it to police on the non-emergency number, 101, or anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
