Two Arrested After Car Hits House in Bridlington

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of threats to kill, dangerous driving and criminal damage after a car was driven into a house in Bridlington yesterday afternoon, Wednesday 8 April.

Police were called shortly after 12.30pm, to reports that a car had been reversed into a property on Gypsey Road, causing damage to the house.

An investigation was launched and a vehicle has been recovered and two men have been arrested, both of whom remain in custody, while enquiries continue.

Humberside Police is offering reassurance to the local community that thankfully nobody was hurt and that they believe this to be an isolated incident, with no wider risk to the public.
