Esk Valley Railway Issues Emergency Timetable for Key Workers

The Esk Valley Railway has issued an emergency timetable to help get Key Workers to their places of work. 

They say the following arrangement will be in place from Monday to Saturday from 30th March

Middlesbrough to Nunthorpe and Whitby

Three trains will operate in each direction per day for key workers only, calling at all stations.

Services will depart Whitby at 0845, 1600 and 1944. The 1600 departure will run through to Newcastle. 

Services will depart Middlesbrough at 0655, 1400 and 1755. The 1755 service will start from Newcastle at 1641.

There will be additional services between Middlesbrough and Nunthorpe departing at 0855, 1156, 1555 and 1855.

There will be additional services between Nunthorpe and Middlesbrough at 0916, 1118, 1218, 1621 and 1920. These services will all extend to Newcastle.
