Changes to Urgent Care Centre in Bridlington

Published by Jon Burke at 4:46pm 19th March 2020.

Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) at Bridlington, Bransholme in Hull and Goole and Beverley in the East Riding are changing their opening times.

City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP), who run the centres, are redeploying staff during the Coronavirus crisis, to support nursing services to treat patients in the community.

The UTCs will be open from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week; x-ray times will not be affected.

Deputy Chief Operating Officer at CHCP, Jackie Griffiths, said:

“We are very fortunate to have a flexible and adaptable workforce, many of whom have the skills and experience to work across our services. We are extremely proud of the way our colleagues have adapted to changes to their working day without complaint and risen to the challenge at this time of national need.”
