Pharmacy Burgled In Scarborough

A pharmacy in Scarborough has been burgled.

Police say it happened at Aston's Pharmacy on Gladstone Road and it is believed to have happened around 3am yesterday (Monday 17th February), when the front window of the pharmacy was smashed and items, including several charity boxes, were taken from inside.

Officers are requesting the public’s assistance to help identify who may be responsible.

Investigating officer, PC Liam Cromack, said:

“I am appealing for anyone who was in the area during the early hours of the morning, and who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously in that area, to come forward. Even the smallest piece of information could be of help.”
