Witness Appeal After Argument At Scarborough Shop

Police are looking for information after an argument at Marks and Spencers in Scarborough.

It happened at the shop on Newborough at around 3.45pm on Tuesday 7th January, and involved a woman in a wheelchair and a man, at the cash desk.

Officers are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, they are appealing for the man involved in this incident to come forward to the police.

Anyone with information that could assist the investigation should contact North Yorkshire Police on 101.

A bit lost about this story.

Two individuals get involved in a argument in a department store at the cash desk.
There must have been staff at the cash desk and other staff in the store.
The whole store is covered by cctv.
The store has security staff.

So why are police resources been tied up on this.
