Christmas and New Year can be a troubling time for living healthily, according to East Riding's Health Trainer Service.

However, with the help of the Humber NHS Teaching Foundation Trust's Health Trainer team you can improve your health and wellbeing.

The East Riding Health Trainer team are looking for all East Riding residents who are looking to take the steps towards a healthier lifestyle to get in touch.

Health Trainers offer free one to one support, encouraging and motivating all clients to set achievable goals and ensuring small alterations become long term health changes.

The team are based across the East Riding of Yorkshire and can help you with goals such as: 
" Stopping smoking
" Losing weight
" Reducing stress and anxiety
" Improving physical activity
" Fighting substance misuse, including Alcohol.
" Overcoming isolation and loneliness
