Royal British Legion Speaks on Bridlington Closure

The Royal British Legion's been talking about the possible closure of Alderson House in Bridlington.

We've already told you the charity's consulting on the proposal to shut its four Poppy Break Centres, of which Alderson House is one.

They offer free breaks to past and serving members of the military and their families.

Assistant Director Nicola Cooke says they need to change the way they help veterans and their families

why do i get the idea that this is to benefit the middle managers and not the people they are supposed to be looking after, or is that too cynical of me?
