Flat Fire In Bridlington

Firefighters have been attending a flat fire in Bridlington, which was strarted by a tumble dryer.

Emergency services were called at 12.34pm on the Promenade.

There was fire damage to the whole flat and a communal stairway.

Three fire engines and an Aerial Ladder Platform were requested by crews, who used four breathing apparatus at the scene and isolated gas and water supplies.

The fire was put out at around 1.20pm.
