Man Back In Court After Car Hits House Near Ebberston

A man has been back appeared in court after a car hit a house near Ebberston. 

It happened back in March on the B1258 West Knapton to Snainton Road.

The car had left the road and initially collided with a dry stone wall before crashing into a house, smashing the windows of the property.

Bradley Colin Dunlop, 37, of Clinton Avenue in Hull, admitted:

  • three counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving 
  • driving a motor vehicle above the alcohol limit
  • driving with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit. 
  • driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence
  • and to having no insurance

But he denied two counts of aggravated vehicle taking. 

Mr. Dunlop's on conditional bail to appear back in court next month for sentencing.
