Injuries After Large Fight Near Filey

Around 20 people have been involved in a large fight near Filey.

It happened at 11.59pm on Saturday 6th July at Reighton Sands Holiday Park.

A man got facial injuries and a female ended up with scratches to her elbows and knees and was knocked unconscious. 

A 27 year-old man and a 30 year-old man were arrested on suspicion of affray. They have since been released under investigation whilst further enquiries are conducted.

Police are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, officers are appealing for information about what happened leading up to the fight.

Police are also keen to speak to anyone who returned to their accommodation after the incident.
