Several Vehicles Broken Into In Bridlington

Published by the Yorkshire Coast Radio News Team at 3:32pm 23rd January 2019.

Police have released CCTV images after several vehicles were damaged and broken into in Bridlington.

The incidents happened between 1.00am and 3.00am on Sunday (20 January.) Tools and cycles were stolen from vans parked on Harewood Avenue, Stylefield Road in Flamborough, Sewerby Crescent, Matson Road, St John's Walk and Pinfold Street.

A spokesperson for Humberside Police said:

"We really want to find the person responsible for these incidents as not only have the thieves damaged the vehicles they have prevented people from doing their jobs because they stole people’s work tools."

Officers want to identify the man in the CCTV images in connection with the thefts. Anyone who recognises him is asked to call 101.
