Bridlington Martial Arts And Fitness Centre has triumphed at the World Championships in London.
The Bridlington club took 30 students to compete against whatever opposition turned up at the London World Open Championships.

They brought back 30 medals and 12 World Champions in karate, kata karate, kumite, sparring, kick boxing and weapons.

Chief Coach, Stuart Hicken, said:
"I am so proud, once again, of our local students, showing true skills and devotion. We keep getting closer and closer and are hoping for Olympic trials.
Our club is of such a high standard, we are ready to face anyone from anywhere.
These kids and adults work so hard every week and deserve everything they get.
It's a brilliant end to 2018 and I can't wait to see what 2019 brings.
We have a lot of forthcoming events in the near future, and will be putting Yorkshire on the world map.
Thank you to all the parents and guardians for their support.
New members, boys, girls, women and men are always welcome."
