These classes cover a wide range of engaging topics. Drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained.
The classes include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life. Not to be missed! Seating is on chairs.
The classes conclude with the opportunity to discuss the class with the teacher and/or other members of the class.
