Start the New Year with Yoga. Yoga practice improves both your strength and flexibility. Classes always include breathing exercises helping you to ease stress and calm the mind, lots of warm ups to ease stiffness in the joints and muscles and boost circulation, a range of postures building both strength and flexibility. Every class ends with a Deep Relaxation which replenishes your energy levels. This course will focus on a range of dynamic sequences, restful poses including inversions, we will also focus on improving our natural seated pose and the practice of Classic seated twists. Through movement we will find 'Stillness'.
This course runs every Monday for 10 weeks with a break for half term.
There is a fee of £67 for the course but those in receipt of certain means-tested benefits could get the course free of charge.
