This is a practical drawing and painting course where we will be taking our inspirations from early forms of art. Art is a natural human expression, and exploration, of the world around us and this course will start at the very beginning with cave art and early sculpture. We will look at classical Greek and Roman art and also folk art created by ordinary people to decorate their lives.
This course will run every Wednesday for 10 weeks with a break for half term.
There is a fee of £70 for the course, but those in receipt of certain means-tested benefits can get the course free of charge
