Yoga improves your strength and flexibility. Movement is coordinated with the breath, helping to calm the mind. Classes always end with a Deep Relaxation. This course will focus on maintaining 'Mindfulness' throughout your practice, linking yoga philosophy with both your practice and life experience, our physical focus will be on hip opening exercises/asanas.

This course will run every Thursday for 10 weeks, with a break for half term
