Plants will include climbing beans, salads, tomatoes, sunflowers, sweet mini-peppers, perwinkles and nasturtiums. We have a selection of flower and vegetable seeds saved from home-grown organic plants. Seeds are just 20p per packet and plants from 30p. All proceeds towards the purchase of plants and seed compost to enable the creation of organic edible and nature-friendly community spaces in Scarborough.
We are a small group of volunteers working together to create more diverse gardens using mainly perennial plants that are edible and help urban wildlife. Our aim is to reduce water use, carbon and waste, recycle/compost and connect people with nature and locally grown, healthy food.

Crammed with adventure, romance, comedy and one or two rather brilliant deductions, The Sign of Four is Conan Doyle’s epic second Sherlock Holmes tale, a breathtaking yarn brought to life in a spectacular new adaptation by Nick Lane, writer of the SJT’s Christmas productions Pinocchio, A (Scarborough) Christmas Carol and Alice in Wonderland.

When Mary Morstan arrives at 221B Baker Street to request help with the mystery of her missing father, Holmes and Dr Watson enter a murky world of deception and trickery, unravelling a complex plot involving murder, corruption and stolen jewels.

Blackeyed Theatre’s world premiere combines original live music, stylish theatricality and magical storytelling for an unforgettable theatrical experience. The game’s afoot!

Handsome young Dorian Gray falls under the spell of Henry Wotton – a sophisticated, amoral aristocrat, who leads him into a life of decadence and sin. When Dorian catches sight of his new portrait, he makes a wish: if only he could stay young, while the portrait grows old…

As the portrait in the attic begins to age, how long can Dorian keep his secrets? This vivid and exciting new adaptation combines Oscar Wilde’s glittering wit with the pulse-raising pace of a thriller.

The cast switch roles at different performances, giving you a choice of four versions. How does the story feel different with a male or a female Dorian Gray? Pick the version you want, or see it twice with ‘A Second Look’!

Praise for Oscar Wilde’s The Picture of Dorian Gray:
'A remarkable work of imagination... wonderfully entertaining.'
