Yoga improves your strength and flexibility. Movement is coordinated with the breath, helping to calm the mind. Classes always end with a Deep Relaxation. This course will focus on maintaining 'Mindfulness' throughout your practice, linking yoga philosophy with both your practice and life experience, our physical focus will be on hip opening exercises/asanas.

Starring Milkshake! favourites; Bob the Builder, Little Princess, Noddy, Fireman Sam, Shimmer & Shine, Pip from Pip Ahoy!, Winnie and Wilbur, Wissper, Milkshake’s very own Milkshake! Monkey and two Milkshake! presenters, this all singing, all dancing, musical masterpiece, will take audiences on a journey through the world’s favourite fairy tales.

Set amongst Milkshake’s magical bookcase, this brand new live show is sure to amaze and delight! The Milkshake! cast will be singing songs and sharing stories that audience members, young and old, will know and love.

On Thursday 15th February there will another Lunchtime Concert at Scarborough Library

We present a trio of singers and pianist. They are Victoria Manders-Wood (mezzo-Soprano), Rebecca Smith (mezzo-soprano), Valerie Parker (contralto) and Tim Tozer (piano).

Victoria has sung with Glyndebourne, Scottish Opera and toured the USA. Valerie has sung all over the country and also is a well-known singing teacher. Rebecca is a member of York Opera. Tim is an accomplished pianist and organist. He regularly participates in Oxenford International Summer School.

At Thursday's concert they will be singing a wide variety of solos and trios of many types of music including opera, musicals and comedy.

The Concert begins at 12:30pm- lasts for about an hour and Admission is by collection on the door.
