An exciting opportunity to join a flourishing and expanding business in the contract hire and leasing sector of the motor industry.

Offering vehicle finance and leasing solutions to small to medium size businesses and private individuals.

Yorkshire Fleet Management is a customer focused company where the emphasis is on providing excellent customer service and support, with a reputation for excellent customer retention.

Working with the major funding providers in the UK the successful candidate will provide customers with advice and quotations and maintain an excellent level of support throughout the contract duration.

Sales experience is not required as full training will be given but experience of providing excellent levels of customer services would be an advantage and a willingness to do so is essential.

An interest in cars and the motor industry is not essential but would be an advantage.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

  • Have a pro-active approach to generating leads and enquiries.
  • Local business development through prospecting.
  • Deal with incoming sales enquiries.
  • Provide accurate quotations and send to customers.
  • Develop relationships with enquiries and customers.
  • Follow Up leads and enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Manage the order process for customer vehicles from the day of ordering to delivery and provide support to the customer throughout the duration of the contract.
  • Adhere to the administrative processes that are required for each stage of the process.
  • Attend trade shows and marketing events when required.

Key Attributes – the successful candidate must:

  • Have a keen interest in the Motor Industry.
  • Have a passion to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Be an excellent communicator, both in verbal communication and all written correspondence via email.
  • Have good IT skills, showing an aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Have a positive attitude towards customers and customer service.
  • Focused and be able to work on their own initiative with enthusiasm.
  • Be organised and able manage their own time.
  • Be able to work to targets.
  • Be able to work as part of a small team in a very busy office environment.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
