Increasing sales through an increasing customer base by delighting the customers with the quality and choice of our products and consistently excellent customer service.
Duties will include:
- Make every attempt to see all of my customers when their delivery is due
- To leave an out slip whenever the customers are out both a.m. and p.m. with your contact details including your company mobile phone number.
- I won’t leave goods in the morning without calling back if a customer has a debit.
- I won’t mark any customer N/A or C/L without doing a call-back
- Present the basket to every customer using the company doorstep structure
- To show and tell every customer about the offers, new and core products following the sales structure
- Treat every customer as if my future depends on them – it does!
- Deliver new business as per company policy and endeavour to see all of the customers at the correct times and on the day arranged
- Deal with all customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Conduct the weekly vehicle checks as per Company Procedure
- Drive responsibly and courteously using Best Practice of ‘Go Forward First’
- Distribute each Newsletter and customer communication with a follow up Conversation 2 weeks later
- To fill my day seeing and attaining new customers e.g. sample boxes
- Work the agreed hours
- Make sure the hand held is a true representation of the day’s work
- To mark all calls correctly with what happened at the door (e.g. ‘Stock’ means you’ve seen a customer and they did not want anything)
- Always conform to the company standard of appearance

Qualifications required:
- No formal qualifications required for this role, just the willingness to learn

- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

- Demonstration of aptitude towards Customer Service and to be committed to attaining the appropriate qualifications of the Apprenticeship
