We are looking for a talented Assistant Manager to provide support to the Registered Manager.

As Assistant Manager, you will support directly the Registered Manager to ensure the home systems meet and exceed legislative requirements and customer expectations, and you will take your share of Senior Carer duties when necessary. You will put care at the forefront of all that you do and always strive for excellence. Duties will also include:

  • Promoting the highest standards of care and service, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Providing leadership and support to the staff team.
  • Assisting with the development, growth and operational performance of the home.
  • Developing and managing relationships with employees, customers and third parties.
  • Ensuring all legal, regulatory and the organisations standards are met or exceeded.

What experience and qualifications are required?

  • You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent and you may be working towards Level 5.
  • A working knowledge of Excel and Word

Between £20,000 and £22,500 Per Annum
