We are a 5 Star family run Holiday Park based in Fylingthorpe near Whitby. The Holiday Park opens all year round so this will be a full-time position. The ideal applicant will have Holiday Park experience.

  • Applicants must be friendly and flexible for working hours to meet the business hours at various times of the year.
  • Have confidence & experience in a customer focused role.
  • Reception duties will include answering Telephone & Email enquiries,
  • Taking bookings via the telephone and face to face.
  • Greeting & Checking in customers,
  • Taking debit/credit card payments. 
  • Computer Literacy is essential, as our booking system is also an online system. 
  • Experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Eye for detail
  • Work under pressure and able to think quickly while remaining professional.
  • Other duties will include Wardening of our Touring and Camping fields
  •  Small maintenance and cleaning duties when necessary. 
  • We are seeking a committed, loyal trustworthy person.


This is just some of the duties that will be involved in the position as the position is very varied and no day is ever the same.

Due to the location reliable transport will be required
