Hourly rate: £8.21-£8.40

Moorview Care have some fantastic (Full and Part-Time) opportunities to join their family run company which is CQC-rated Outstanding. Moorview Care provide care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and challenging behaviour in Whitby and other surrounding areas. 

Experience or qualifications are not essential for this role. Moorview Care are looking for individuals who are passionate, caring and can provide high quality person-centred support in a supported living setting for their service users with complex care needs. As part of this role the successful candidate would be expected to: 

Provide daily living support to their clients.
Administer medication, complete administrative medication records.
Support Clients to identify and achieve personal goals and aspirations.
Complete monthly audits on the use of clients petty cash.
Follow care & support plans, make contributions to changes.
Follow risk assessments, make contributions to changes.
Complete accurate record keeping including daily checks and BMC's.
Conduct daily completion of time sheets
Report changes and review care daily.
Adhere to policy and procedural health and safety, undertaking fire checks, reporting repairs where required.
Adhere to all policy and procedures.
Report safeguarding concerns where necessary.
Support transitions.
Actively participate in staff meetings.
