Orchard House has an opening for a dynamic person to be involved in developing and delivering activity provision within the home. The successful person will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a care setting and be able to organise group and individual activities for our residents and day care visitors and develop links with our local community

Using your creative skills you will help the people we support to engage in a wide variety of activities that will benefit them mentally and physically, helping them to achieve their fill potential. You will be working alongside our friendly team of carers who already implement a great range of activities you will need to have an understanding of technology and be able to keep accurate records. Our induction and ongoing training ensures that you will be equipped with the skills you need.  

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday afternoons, approximately 18 hours per week. You will need to be flexible and willing to do occasional weekend work to support special events throughout the year. You will need to provide 2 references (one should be from your current or most recent employer) and the position is subject to a DBS check.
