Do you thrive on a challenge? Are you someone who can lead and support a loyal and dedicated team?  Are you committed to making a difference to others?

On behalf of Glencoe Care Home and Harmony Care Enterprise Ltd we are delighted to advertise the exciting position of Registered Care Home Manager.
As Manager of this 19 bed care home you will be responsible for the operational day to day management of the home including the delivery of good and safe practices in all activities relating to resident’s care. You will do this by putting systems in place to guide, monitor and evaluate the care and services provided.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge. This is a pivotal role where you can truly make your mark with huge scope to influence and shape the future of Glencoe Care Home for the benefit of its residents and their families.

You must be a qualified registered manager with previous experience of managing a care home. Previous experience of dementia care would also be desirable.

Glencoe Care Home is a small residential home situated in the seaside town of Whitby. Whitby is steeped in the history of Captain Cook and Brahm Stoker’s Dracula. Its quirky narrow streets, fishing villages of Staithes and Robin Hood’s bay and the bustling harbour overlooked by the striking ruins of the Abbey, makes Whitby a fascinating town, unlike any other.
Whitby benefits from easy connectivity to the surrounding areas of Scarborough, Middlesborough and Teesside via a series of rail and road links, such as the A171 and A174.

So if you are looking for a role where you can drive change and growth, have the passion to make a real difference and achieve the ambitions of the organisation, then look no further.
