As a Support Worker, you will promote dignified and respectful care to ensure our care users can lead fulfilling lives. As a Support Worker, every day really will be different, this is not your usual care job. You will work to support people with a learning disability to enable them to live independent and fulfilling lives. Personal care is a very small element of a Support Workers duties, and amongst other tasks, you could be supporting someone to take their first flight on a plane, climb a mountain or choose their own clothes on a shopping trip. You will play an important role in supporting people to achieve the things that matter to them.
