As a Support Worker, you will promote dignified and respectful care to ensure our care users can lead fulfilling lives.

As a Support Worker, every day really will be different, this is not your usual care job. As a support worker you will work in partnership with people with a learning disability to enable them to live independent and fulfilling lives. Personal care is a very small element of a
Support Workers duties, and amongst other tasks, you could be supporting someone to go horse riding, go to a local disco or choose their own clothes on a shopping trip.
