We have Support Worker vacancies available in Scarborough right now. Full and Part Time hours are available, supporting customers who may have complex needsYou will work as part of a team and there will be some weekend work required on a rotating basis. There may also be some sleep-in shifts available.

We will work with you from the very start to identify your individual career goals so that we can support you to become exactly who you want to be.

What does the role involve?

As a Support Worker you will listen to our customers, what they want to do and what they want to achieve. We are not a residential care provider and we don’t offer 15 or 30 minute calls. Your approach will be specifically tailored to the person you are supporting, working towards their goals and aspirations. You will build a great relationship with the people you support, and will see the difference you make to their lives on a daily basis. 

Please note that these positions will involve some weekend work on a rota basis.
