An exciting opportunity to join a flourishing and expanding business in the contract hire and leasing sector of the motor industry.

Offering vehicle finance and leasing solutions to small to medium size businesses and private individuals.

Previous administrative experience does not need to be industry specific. Full training will be given but experience of providing excellent levels of customer services would be an advantage and a willingness to do so is essential.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team.
  • Process contract documents.
  • Book vehicle deliveries and collections.
  • Develop relationships with customers.
  • Manage the order process for customer vehicles from the day of ordering to delivery and provide support to the customer throughout the duration of the contract.
  • Adhere to the administrative processes that are required for each stage of the process.
  • Maintain customer records.

Key Attributes – the successful candidate must:

  • Have previous administrative experience.
  • Be proficient in MS office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Be an excellent communicator, both in verbal communication and all written correspondence via email.
  • Have good IT skills, showing an aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Have a positive attitude towards customers and customer service.
  • Focused and be able to work on their own initiative with enthusiasm.
  • Be organised and able manage their own time.
  • Be able to work as part of a small team in a very busy office environment.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
