We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working person to join our office team. This is a full-time permanent position, with an immediate start.

The primary role of a sales support administrator is to process sales order received from customers and to assist the sales team with daily sales administration activities.

This role is ideally suited to a highly organised person with strong customer care and verbal/written communication skills.

The post holder must have good administrative skills and well versed in IT skills including Microsoft office suite and CRM systems.

Accuracy and attention to detail are a prerequisite of the job as is an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring that the sales function operates smoothly and with maximum efficiency.

Customer Service

  • Frontline response to telephone answering & trade counter enquiries.
  • Identify customer concerns, problem solve and direct issues to relevant team members.

Sales Order Processing

  • Process a high volume of product /re-occurring orders.
  • Process and update invoices for all sales transactions.
  • Check prices and maintain defaults
  • Undertake telesales for orders, promoting special offers & new products
  • Administrate and assist with the despatch of Amazon and Ebay sales
  • Arrange carrier deliveries and raise paperwork
  • Provide feedback of out of stock items to purchasing team and the customer and offer alternatives
  • Raise collection advices and action credit notes as appropriate

Contract Admin

  • Manage the dosing asset register
  • Accurate and efficient completion of engineering requests/dosing unit installs/FOL paperwork and contract agreements.
  • Administrate washrooms, new, existing, seasonal invoicing, service notes, waste transfer notes and yearly price changes
  • Raise engineering requests
  • Photocopy, scan and print various documents including FOL/Contracts/Delivery Notes etc.


  • Manage own customer accounts via tele-service calls
  • Support colleagues with customer service interventions as required
  • Assist with the compilation of quotations
  • Report monthly sales results to the sales team
  • Collate feedback from product trials
