We are looking for a well organised legal secretary to work in our conveyancing department and front of house. This full-time permanent position is based in our busy friendly Whitby office.

You must be a well organised and approachable individual, ideally with experience in a similar role. You should be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, a strong command of the English language, excellent keyboard skills and you should possess a reasonable working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Whilst experience within the legal sector is advantageous training will be provided to the right applicant.

Duties include audio-typing, diary management, administration and liaising with clients by phone and in person.
