We are looking for a friendly and well presented permanent, part-time receptionist in our busy Whitby office two days per week. The successful candidate will also offer general secretarial support to the office working as part of a team.

Your duties will include dealing with clients in person and by telephone, general office duties, administration and audio-typing.

You must be a well organised and approachable individual, ideally with experience in a similar role. You should be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, a strong command of the English language, keyboard skills and you should possess a reasonable working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience of the legal sector is an advantage but not essential.

This role is part time working 2 full days per week with the following hours: 08:45 - 5:00 Monday and Tuesday each week.
