Jayne Pepper, the headteacher at Childhaven Community Nursery School which is the lead school in the alliance, talks about the scheme and the alliance in general.

But what exactly will it do, why do we need one and who will it provide education for?

Wilf Ward Family Trust - Customers and Staff

Fish & Chips on the move

Opportunities for Women in Engineering

DTA - Women in EngineeringEngineering, traditionally a male dominated industry with a reputation for being grimy, physical work and often portrayed as an industry in decline, but is that reputation still correct?

We meet the next generation of Yorkshire engineers, four young women who have actively chosen engineering as a career path and are undertaking apprenticeships with a number of companies in the area.

They all found their apprenticeships through the Derwent Training Association, John Brockett from Derwent Training talks about the need for women in engineering and we hear their experiences.
