Terms & Conditions

• ‘Win the Best Day of Your Life' is a promotion jointly run by Yorkshire Coast Radio in conjunction with the Raven Hall Country House Hotel.
• The prize will be available for selected dates, subject to availability, from 1 April 2010 until 31 December 2011.  There will be no extension on the availability of the prize.
• The 50 couples invited to the Wedding Party on Sunday 7 March 2010 will be selected at random from all those registering via Yorkshire Coast Radio's website  before the closing date of 12noon on Friday 26 February 2010.
• Each couple may only enter once.
• The overall winner of this promotion will be decided at the Wedding Party by a process of elimination, the rules of which will be set by Yorkshire Coast Radio and the Raven Hall Country House Hotel.  The judges decision will be final.
• No alternate prize, or cash equivalent will be available.
• The prize will accommodate forty guests.  Additional guests may be invited, at a cost to be agreed with the Raven Hall Country House Hotel.
• Bucks Fizz will be provided on arrival.  You will receive a three-course meal, with coffee, up to the value of £26 per person, with one and half glasses of 175cl house wine, and a glass of sparkling wine for the toast.
• A finger-buffet will be provided for the Evening Event, to the value of £7.25 per person.
• The Wedding Room will supply a dress to the value of £500.
• Cakes Nouveaux will supply a cake to the value of £350.
• Additional photographs may be available on arrangement with Richard Wood Photography.
• Additional flowers are available on arrangement with Hearts & Flowers.
• Express Print will provide 40 invitation cards.  Additional cards will be available by arrangement with Express Print.
• Creative Covers will supply chair covers for 40 guests.  Additional chair covers are available at a price to be arranged.
• Attire Meanswear will provide free suit hire for the Groom and 15% discount for others.
• The prize is solely for the couple named on the entry form and may not be transferred to another couple, and can not be used by just one of the named persons.
• Details of the prize may be subject to change, but will be of equivalent value, at the discretion of Yorkshire Coast Radio and the Raven Hall Country House Hotel.
• All couples registering agree to accept promotional information from Yorkshire Coast Radio, the Raven Hall Country House Hotel and associated suppliers, for a period of six months.
