Thursday 20 May 2010 - The Royal Visit..
Now, I'm not sure if you heard, but HM The Queen and HRH The Duke Of Edinburgh visited Scarborough, Burniston and Cloughton today.
I was commentating on the official opening of Scarborough's £3.5million Open Air Theatre.
The Royal Party and a capacity crowd of 6,500 saw entertainment from Tony Peers' Summer Shows and the Stephen Joseph Theatre's Outreach Group, before a plaque was unveiled.
I spoke to cast, crowd and honoured guests afterwards - here's some highlights:
Tony Peers, the Scarborough theatre producer and entertainer was the host. I asked him how he was feeling:
