Scarborough police are appealing for information after lead was stolen from the roofs of  three properties on Sussex St.

The thefts occurred between Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 February 2012, when thieves stole lead from the porches of the houses.

It occurred between 6pm on Sunday 19 February and 12pm on Monday 20 February 2012, when two windows at a property on Dean Road were smashed.

Police in Scarborough are appealing for information following the theft of a moped.

The black Piaggio Zip was stolen between 11pm on Thursday 16 February and 6pm on Saturday 18 February 2012, from a property on Dean Road.

The moped, which has L-plates, was secured with a chain through the front wheel.
