Yorkshire Coast Radio would like you to nominate someone who deserves special recognition for something they have achieved or who has helped to make a difference to others.

Do you know someone who deserves to be recognised for their commitment to their family, their neighbours, their community, someone who has gone that extra mile, coped with adversity or generally achieved something worthy of recognition?
