The Singers will give a FREE Pop Concert at Moorfield Road Sports and Leisure Club on Moorfield Road on Friday evening May 11th, at 7.30pm, singing popular 60's to 80's songs we all know. Roadworks in Bridlington to Make Roads Safer

A set of roadworks are due to start in Bridlington today after a series of collisions.
Road humps are being fitted to Richmond Street and West Street from this morning and will mean a week of disruption.
Both roads will be closed and a diversion is in place, when they re-open the speed limit will also be cut to 20 miles an hour.
It's after a series of crashes where people were injured, 46% of those hurt were pedestrians.
When people living in the area were asked about the traffic calming measures 95% were in favour of the plans. Read more...
Moves to Boost Bridlington Economy Discussed

Ways to boost the economy in Bridlington will be discussed later.
East Riding of Yorkshire Council will reveal how they want the economy in the county to develop over the next four years.

Bridlington Classic Pop Singers reach 5th Anniversary in May
This group of over 40 members from the Bridlington, Driffield and Scarborough areas, will reach an anniversary in May. Our Producer/Founder, Rob Mason, originally from Driffield, set up the group in May 2007, aimed at helping local groups, charities, needy causes to raise money through FREE concerts of 50's to 80's pop and rock music, ballads and hits from famous singers /groups of that period. We rehearse twice a week at Emmanuel Church in Bridlington, we work hard and have lots of fun.The members dress in 60's gear and we produce concerts which are enjoyed, and joined byeveryone in the audiences.
