This morning Carole Gerada from Eastfield came in to the show. She and her team are going to be on Britian's Got Talent later this year. They were on the show Belly Dancing!! So she came in today to teach me how to belly dance.
Cooking Skills
This morning I brought my ultimate chocolate cake into the studio. Thanks to the Students at George Pindar School , who spent time with me on how to actually cook.
If you want to make the Ultimate Chocolate cake the ingredients are :
200g good quality dark chocolate , about 60% cocoa solids
200g Butter, cut in pieces
1 tbsp instant coffee granules
85g plain flour
¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
200g light muscovado sugar
200g golden caster sugar
25g cocoa powder
3 medium eggs
75ml buttermilk (5 tbsp)
grated chocolate or curls , to decorate
For the Ganache
200g good-quality dark chocolate , as above
284 carton double cream
(pouring type)
2 tbsp golden caster sugar

A primary school has started to take pupils to a local pub for lunch !! The school only has 39 children and has no canteen of it's own . We all thought it was a good idea as long as the kids didn't try and drink and the Teachers of course !!!

This week on the breakfast show I am following Mike Atkin from Scarborough Dial A ride - he is aiming to spell the charities name using the first letters of different stations around the UK . He is going to do this within a week . He set off this morning in Scarborough. We will be checking on his progress during the week

Todays was more than two thirds of men do not wash their hands with soap after using the toilet , a new study suggests. Researchers from london school of Hygiene monitored they hygiene habits of 250,000 of us. The team has now announced that only 32 % of men took the time to clean their hands with soap and water after their toilet visit, compared with 64% of women.
